2. Shipping Regions
2.1. We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union: 2.1.1. Austria 2.1.2. Belgium 2.1.3. Croatia 2.1.4. Czech Republic 2.1.5. Denmark 2.1.6. Estonia 2.1.7. France 2.1.8. Germany 2.1.9. Hungary 2.1.10. Italy 2.1.11. Latvia 2.1.12. Lithuania 2.1.13. Luxembourg 2.1.14. Netherlands 2.1.15. Poland 2.1.16. Romania 2.1.17. Slovakia 2.1.18. Slovenia 2.2. Shipping outside the European Union is not currently available.


3. Shipping Methods
3.1. Orders are shipped using third-party logistics providers (carriers), which may include: 3.1.1. DHL 3.1.2. DPD 3.1.3. GLS 3.1.4. UPS 3.2. Additional carriers may be used where operationally required, depending on the destination country, warehouse logistics, or service availability. 3.3. 4. Order Processing Time
4.1. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. 4.2. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. 4.3. Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off time may be processed on the next business day. 4.4. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.


5. Delivery Time
5.1. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier. Typical delivery times: Germany: typically 3–5 business days from dispatch Other EU countries: 3–7 business days 5.2. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 5.3. Delays may occur due to: 5.3.1. carrier-related issues 5.3.2. high demand periods 5.3.3. incorrect shipping information 5.3.4. unforeseen logistical disruptions 5.4. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.


6. Shipping Costs
6.1. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. 6.2. Shipping is free for all orders with a total value of €15 or more, provided that the delivery address is located in one of the countries listed in Sections 2.1.1 through 2.1.18 of this Shipping Policy. 6.3. For orders below €15, shipping costs are calculated based on: 6.3.1. delivery destination 6.3.2. order value 6.3.3. weight and dimensions 6.4. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed. 6.5. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final and binding for the order.


7. Tracking Information
7.1. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. 7.2. This email may include a tracking number and link to track the shipment. 7.3. Tracking availability depends on the selected carrier and destination. 7.4. Tracking information is provided by the carrier. Availability and visibility of tracking within the customer account may depend on technical integration and may not always be guaranteed.


8. Delivery Conditions
8.1. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer. 8.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that: 8.2.1. the shipping address is correct and complete 8.2.2. someone is available to receive the shipment (if required) 8.3. Delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points may be available depending on the carrier.


9. Failed Delivery
9.1. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g. incorrect address, absence), the shipment may be: 9.1.1. returned to the Seller, or 9.1.2. held by the carrier for collection 9.2. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may be charged to the Customer.


10. Undeliverable Packages
10.1. If a package is returned to the Seller as undeliverable: 10.1.1. the Seller will contact the Customer 10.1.2. re-shipment may be arranged at the Customer’s expense 10.2. If the Customer does not respond within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled in accordance with the Terms. 10.3. If re-shipment is requested after a failed or undeliverable delivery due to Customer-related reasons, the cost of re-shipment shall be borne by the Customer.


11. Partial Shipments
11.1. The Seller reserves the right to deliver orders in multiple shipments where necessary. 11.2. This will not result in additional shipping costs for the Customer unless explicitly agreed.


12. Subscription Orders
12.1. Subscription orders are processed and shipped under the same conditions as standard orders. 12.2. Each recurring subscription order is treated as a separate order and is subject to product availability at the time of processing. 12.3. Processing and delivery times for subscription orders follow the same rules as set out in Sections 4 and 5 of this Shipping Policy.


13. Customs and Duties
13.1. For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. 13.2. For any future shipments outside the EU (if offered), additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.


14. Risk and Ownership
14.1. Risk of loss or damage passes to: 14.1.1. consumers: upon delivery 14.1.2 business customers: upon handover to the carrier 14.2. Ownership of goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.


15. Delays and Force Majeure
15.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: 15.1.1. natural disasters 15.1.2. strikes 15.1.3. transportation disruptions 15.1.4. governmental actions 15.2. In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.


16. Accuracy of Shipping Information
16.1. The Seller ensures that: 16.1.1. shipping costs 16.1.2. delivery times 16.1.3. shipping regions are clearly and accurately communicated on the website and during checkout. 16.2. The information displayed at checkout prevails in case of discrepancies. 16.3. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure consistency between: 16.3.1. website information 16.3.2. checkout information 16.3.3. advertising and product listings
